Please familiarize yourself with our policies to ensure a great class.
The only means of guaranteeing a spot in a class is by paying in full. Seat availability for classes is based on a first come, first serve basis, pending prerequisites are met. GrayKnight reserves the right to refuse service for any reason.
Once you have purchased your spot, there are no refunds. If there is a waiting list, we will gladly redirect you to another student whom you may transfer your spot to (provided they fit the requirements of the workshop/class). That student will reimburse you for your spot.
We understand that many students are excited to study with certain instructors, and get to know their peers. Please understand, that although we encourage camaraderie, and building friendships with your class mates, there is only so much time in a class… time that has been paid by other students, and yourself. That being said, the following is required when class has started:
Silence your cell phones.
Recording of the classes/workshops of any kind is prohibited. We provide a copy of your records and time in the booth, leave the recording to us.
Be prepared for class and bring any required class materials. If you do not have copy with you and you require copy, please proceed outside the recording studio and look through the copy provided, in the lobby or kitchen, not in the studio.
Please be courteous of others in the class, and keep chatter to a minimum in class. (Questions are encouraged)
Continued/Repeated disruptions may result in the instructor or staff asking you to leave.
Copy Provided In Class
Any copy provided in class is solely for educational, and personal use only. Any materials provided by either GrayKnight Productions staff members or instructors is not to be shared with anyone outside the class. You may not share, copy, post on any social media site, or email the copy with others. Breach of confidentiality will result in immediate termination from current classes without refund, and being banned from future classes.
We provide a professional environment to help you develop your craft. It is not a place for you to attempt to network with our instructors, or solicit work. Please do not ask an instructor for their personal contact information, give them your business card, demo, or ask for autographs. Instructors will have access to your information, should they need to contact you, or request your information. Continued/Repeated offenses may result in the instructor or staff barring you from further class participation.
GrayKnight Productions in no way guarantees or implies employment by instructors, or guest teachers.
